Bray Smith Architecture (BSA) are a modest emerging architectural studio located in Forster on the Mid-Coast of NSW.

Focusing mainly on small to medium scale residential projects, BSA offer a full range of services from pre-design through to construction. Our projects range in location from far-north QLD down to Sydney NSW.

Initial Meet and Brief Development

To understand exactly how to get the most out of your project, not only do we need to understand all aspects of your site, we need to understand how you live. We can then develop a brief that suits not only your site, but also your lifestyle.

Design

After we have your design brief, we can make some decisions on how best to place this onto your site. Where is the best place for your morning coffee? Where should the kitchen be located so you can still keep an eye on the kids? These are all considerations that should be incorporated into the design.

Approvals

Once we have your design set, we will assist you in engaging the relevant consultants and navigating the approval process.

Construction

Finally, we can offer assistance to you throughout the construction process. We are not the builder, but we can assist in making sure the design intent is achieved.
